Natalie O'Shea
Nat is a qualified urban planner who has spent the last 20 years of her career working with communities in policy implementation and development approvals for both public and private sectors to facilitate positive social change. Nat is passionate about being kind and doing what we can to live the best life possible to support our overall health and wellbeing and she brings these values to the work we do in our community, and our team.

AJ Hill
AJ is a truly compassionate, caring and patient sole who has extensive work experience as a Support Worker, Support Coordinator and Operations Lead within the disability industry. She loves the great outdoors and values the opportunity to provide personalised support to people who need it within the local community. AJ is a great positive leader for our team, has strong family values and a beautiful smile which are just some of the qualities we love about her and enjoy sharing with everyone involved in our Rooster Tours family.

Michelle Pawson
Michelle is a qualified aged care worker who has extensive experience in lifestyle assistance, personal care and individual/group social support activities. Michelle is passionate about helping people live their best life through the enjoyment of doing things that are important to them. Michelle brings this wonderful magic to our team and shares her caring energic nature in all the work that we do.

Daniel O'Shea
Dan is a compassionate and skilled support worker with a strong academic foundation and hands-on experience, making him uniquely equipped to support individuals of all ages navigating mental health challenges.

Garan Levingston
Garan has more than 20 years experience with mental health, alcohol and other drug related recovery and has been mentoring, advocating and giving hope to people experiencing these challenges throughout this time. It is Garan's goal to help clients live a successful and productive life and we are excited to share everything he has to offer with our team at Rooster Tours and our community.

Rohan Work
Rohan has the heart and soul of what a community minded person is all about. Rohan values empowering and supporting people to achieve their goals in order to be the best version of themselves. He has extensive work experience in the disability industry including establishing a music group to play at community events called the 'Cosmic Chickens', has specialised training in deescalating aggressive behavior and understanding of autism spectrum disorder. We are truly privileged and grateful for Rohan's friendship, creative talents, and wisdom that he shares with our team and clients.

Debbie Furnell
Debbie is a qualified community service practitioner with more than 30 years experience working across numerous roles in the health industry. Debbie has a deep appreciation of mental illness and disabilities, not just through her work, but also personal lived experience raising her family. She is a proud wife, mother and grandmother and enjoys spending time with those she loves. Debbie's true understanding of mental health impacts and kind heart is wonderful to share with our community and team.

Tara Frendo
Tara has experience supporting people as a residential care worker and now shares her skills and passion for helping people in the community with us and our team. Tara is a true local to the Latrobe Valley and is a proud mother of 2 children. She is easy to get along with, loves the great outdoors and has a lot to offer the community and the rest of our team.

Shelley Smith
Shelley comes to us with valuable experience in providing support, with a focus on youth and individuals dealing with PTSD. Spending time with her is truly delightful, as she is not only passionate about tailoring activities to meet your needs but also about exploring the Gippsland region. Shelley's interests extend to art, maintaining fitness, and indulging in crafts. Her enthusiasm and diverse skills make her a wonderful addition to our team, ready to make your experience both enjoyable and meaningful.

Lauren Rhodes
Lauren, a cherished member of our Rooster Tours family, brings warmth, kindness, and compassion to our team. With nearly 10 years of experience as a personal care worker and home services assistant, Lauren is dedicated to providing people centered care. She is eager to share her extensive skills and support the community. Beyond her caring nature, Lauren has a passion for art, craft, and photography.

Jay Wyntjes
Jay is a dedicated advocate for mental health, with significant involvement in initiatives like Bettermentall. His work centres on promoting mental wellness and offering compassionate support, especially to young people facing challenging times. Jay’s down-to-earth nature, genuine care, and relatability create a warm, supportive environment for everyone he works with. Outside of work, Jay values quality time with his family and has a love for the outdoors, particularly fishing and exploring nature. We’re truly grateful to have Jay’s warmth and commitment on our team, confident that he brings a positive and lasting impact to each person he supports.

Sophie Harrison
Sophie is our newest support worker to Rooster Tours and we are excited to have her onboard. Sophie is a local to Drouin, a loving mum of 3 children and has strong background in customer service, retail and banking. Recently venturing into support work, Sophie discovered her passion for helping others and has even taken on further studies to deepen her knowledge and expertise in the field. Sophie has a kind nature, excellent communication skills and is amazing at building positive rapport with people which is a perfect combination for connecting and supporting individuals of all backgrounds and abilities. Ryan Taylor
Ryan is an experienced Disability Support Worker and has a Bachelor in Health, Sport and Physical Education minoring in Psychology. We are thrilled to have Ryan join Rooster Tours and continue his journey to support people and communities within the industry. Ryan brings strong team leadership qualities and fosters person centred relationships with people of all backgrounds and abilities. Ryan is caring and passionate about empowering people to be the best versions of themselves and engage confidently within their local community. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys footy, gym, camping, fishing, watching movies and swimming. Stacey Hynd
Stacey has a Cert IV in Allied Health and has 25+ years working in the allied health industry across the Latrobe Valley. Stacey is also a Habit Coach and brings this valuable knowledge and experience to our team. Stacey is a true local to the area, willing to give anything a go and loves being outdoors. We are delighted to have Stacey part of our Rooster Tours family and sharing her positive energy with the community to support those in need.

Stacey Olver
Stacey is a qualified primary school teacher with more than 14 years experience working in the public sector for the education industry. Stacey is passionate about serving and supporting individuals and community, and has spent a large part of her career helping children and families with their learning and development goals moving forward. She is a proud and loving mother of two young boys and enjoys spending time in nature. Stacey's strong communication and academic skills are highly valued in our team and her support enables us to continue doing the amazing work we do.
