Natalie O'Shea
Director | Administration Support

Nat is a local to Yallourn North and a qualified urban planner who has spent 20+ yrs working with communities in policy implementation and development approvals for both public and private sectors to facilitate and support positive social change.
Nat is passionate about being kind and doing what we can to live the best life possible to support our overall health and wellbeing.
She brings these values to the work we do in our community and shares her technical knowledge/skills to provide strong administration support to our team.
AJ Hill
General Manager | Support Service Coordinator

AJ is a local to Moe and is a compassionate, caring and patient person who has extensive work experience as a Support Worker, Support Coordinator and Operations Lead within the disability industry.
She loves the great outdoors and values the opportunity to provide personalised support to people who need it within the local community.

Garan Levingstone
Senior Support Worker

Garan is a local to Pakenham and brings 20+ yrs experience with mental health, alcohol and drug recovery support. His goal is to empower clients to lead successful and fulfilling lives, guiding them through recovery with compassion and expertise.
A dedicated mentor and advocate, Garan has worked extensively with youth and adults navigating mental health and substance use issues, offering them hope, guidance and practical support. His knowledge and experience make him a valuable asset to our team and the wider community.
Beyond his work, Garan finds inspiration in playing guitar, using his love for music for connection and healing. His compassion, dedication and knowledge makes him a respected and trusted support worker with our team.
Rohan Work
Senior Support Worker

Rohan is a local to Moe and has the heart and soul of what a community minded person is all about. Rohan values empowering and supporting people to achieve their goals in order to be the best version of themselves.
He has extensive work experience in the disability industry including establishing a music group to play at community events called the 'Cosmic Chickens'.
Rohan has specialised training in deescalating aggressive behaviour and understanding with autism spectrum disorder.

A passionate explorer of Gippsland, Shelley enjoys adventuring outdoors, discovering new places and often incorporates creative activities like art & craft into her support work as she believes in using creativity and engagement as tools for expression, well-being and personal growth.
Known for her kindness, patience and ability to connect with others, Shelley brings enthusiasm, disability support experience and a positive presence to the team.
Jay Wyntjes

Jay is a local to Moe and a dedicated advocate for mental health with personal involvement in initiatives like Bettermentall. His work centres on promoting mental wellness and offering compassionate support, especially to young people facing challenging times.
Jay’s down-to-earth nature and relatability creates a safe, compassionate and supportive environment for everyone he supports. Outside of work, Jay values quality time with his family and has a love for the great outdoors, particularly fishing and exploring nature.

Stacey is passionate about serving and supporting people and community, and has spent a large part of her career helping children and families with their learning and development goals.
She is a proud loving mother of 3 young boys and enjoys spending time in nature. Her strong communication and academic skills are highly valued in our team to provide back-up administration support so we can continue doing the amazing work we do when required.
